You have two options to pay your premium.

1. With Sentoo
You can use Sentoo to pay your Citizens Insurance invoice. A payment link in our email or Sentoo QR code on your invoice will immediately redirect you to your secure banking environment. The required payment information, including the correct account number, amount, and/or payment reference for the transaction, has already been filled in for you.

Pay online in only 3 steps with Sentoo

1. Click on the image “Pay securely online with Sentoo” or scan the QR code.
2. Select your bank.
3. Review the details and approve the payment: Payment is done!

2. Via bank transfer.

3. Important:
In the description, please include:
– Your policy number
– Your address (if it’s different from the one on your invoice)

As soon as we receive your payment, we’ll deliver your policy to the address you’ve provided in the description or on your invoice.
