Sentoo payments are made using the mobile banking app or your bank’s online banking environment. However, all payment details, such as receiver, amount, and description, are pre-filled automatically, and you instantly know if your Sentoo payment succeeded. This also means that you will receive your order confirmation instantly.

If you have questions about a specific Sentoo payment, start by contacting Citizens Insurance. If we cannot answer the question, you can contact Sentoo directly through the support page. It is helpful to have the Sentoo transaction number of the payment from your account statement at hand.

You cannot reverse a Sentoo payment because you agreed to the transaction within your online banking environment. The amount is immediately debited from your bank account to Citizens Insurance, just like with a PIN payment in the store. If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must contact Citizens Insurance for the payment.

If you pay with Sentoo, you pay with your bank account. The amount due will then be immediately debited. With a credit card payment, you purchase and pay the credit card bill afterward. The terms, interest rates, and fees for using a credit card differ by bank.

Please contact Citizens Insurance to check whether we have received a double payment and request that we refund the overpaid amount. If Citizens Insurance has not received the amount, please contact your bank. Your bank can help you further and find out the payment status. It can be useful to have the Sentoo transaction number of the payment at hand if your bank requires it.

Sentoo is based on internet- and mobile banking of your bank. An online payment with Sentoo is safe. The transaction takes place in two steps:
• The user is identified and authenticated during online banking. This is done through multi-factor authentication, which the bank provides using a fingerprint, facial recognition, token, or e-pass.
• Authorization. The user grants permission for the transaction using the bank’s multi-factor authentication such as fingerprint, facial recognition, token, or e-pass.

Sentoo prioritizes the security of your payment and saves as little data information as possible. It does not receive personal payment information from customers and encrypts required payment information.
